Product Description
High voltage presence / absence indication system is used to check for the absence or presence of voltage on overhead lines electrical safety is imperative in all areas of power transmission and distribution at all voltage levels. There are three different color indications for three different conditions. Three conditions are as follows,
- Voltage is present in OHE line
- RED indication
- Voltage is absent in OHE line
- Green indication
- Sensor fail / Sensor connecting cable failure Yellow indication.
High voltage sensor:
- Voltage detection range: 230V - 33KV.
- Non contact voltage sensing.
- Sensor Operating voltage : 12VDC
- Provide 3 Output signals : Voltage present in OHE
- Voltage absent in OHE
Sensor failure
- Indication system:
- Three color LED light indication.
- Provide 3 indications as per received signal from sensor as follows,
- Voltage present in OHE - Red
- Voltage absent in OHE - Green
- Sensor failure Yellow
Control Panel :
- As per received response from the sensor it will turn ON the LED
- Indication to indicate the status of the OHE line.
- Input Supply: 1 phase, 230Vac, 50 Hz.
Technical Specifications / Scope of work :
- The system can be fixed for each Pit lines with dual indication in Green & Red light for operation of ON and OFF OHE supply.
- The system consists of non-contact type Sensor, control panel with visual indication system.
- The non-contact type sensor can sense the presence and absence of voltage from the distance 1.5 meter to 2 meter
- Sensing voltage Range : 230V 33KV
- Operating voltage : 18KV 27KV
- Contactless sensing : 1.5 meter to 2 meter
- System has three output conditions:
- OHE ON OHE charged power present.
- OHE OFF IF the OHE voltage is grounded by provision of discharge rod (Non potential)
- Sensor failure In case of sensor failure, it must give output non potential (yellow indication)
- Control panel consist of :
- Suitable control card, power supply, display.
- LED indicator: Dual side indication
- Size of the indicator: 12 X 6
- Operation: When OHE is charged, RED light will ON & when OHE is OFF, GREEN light will ON. In case of sensor failure, Yellow light will ON to ensure safety.
